Just wanted to let you know your property manager at St. Moritz building Francis Acosta has been occupying the vacant unit #312 with the approval of your area manager Yvonne Lowe since March 2021, for the purpose of staging terrorist attacks against the unit below by throwing up to 200 lbs. of landscaping bricks on the floor/ceiling all day and night.
In May 2021 Francis Acosta included Yvonne Lowe’s son as an accomplice to this endeavor. It continues to this date.
LAPD detectives are investigating their own detectives, Acosta and Lowe who work out of the Pacific Division for police misconduct. Investigators are also reconciling events from the vacant unit and #212 to investigate possible hate crimes since one of the residents of #212 is transgender.
Considering your interests in Holocaust survivors, it may be a little embarrassing to be a defendant to a hate crime.
