Whatever happened to the disgraced Sergeant 2 Detective Edward N. Acosta from Pacific Division? He abruptly submitted is retirement on September 1, 2022, and his last day with the LAPD was February 28, 2023. Notice how there was never a nig announcement or celebration? The information I have is that he was so humiliated about the charges of corruption against him and the indefensible evidence, not only did he retire, but he sold his house in Canyon Country and moved to Dallas, Texas where rumors are he is living near the intersection of Cedar Springs and Throckmorton. I’ve been told he is actively working out to fit into a speedo to look good for the boys in Oak Lawn. Well, here is good luck and good riddance to Mr. Ed and his retirement.
