This map was created in QGIS

This is the first map I developed using QGIS. It is a contour elevation map of the Hyde Park neighborhood in London.

Detective Isaac Arron Lowe killed two people in 2002. The first was an off-duty bar room brawl. The next was just a few months later when he was acting in the course of his employment with the LAPD as a patrol officer in the Hollenbeck Division. In 2005, Lowe crashed into someone’s car while he was drunk and off duty and lied about it. His wife at the time, LAPD officer Olga Villa (edit: that wasn’t really his wife. His real wife has always been Yvonne Lowe, a former employee of the City of Los Angeles) lied and said she was the one driving. His next wife Yvonne is a documented liar. Their son Aaron Darnell Lowe is a documented liar, who threw up to 200 pounds of bricks on the ceiling of a transgender woman’s ceiling all day and all night in the spirit of hate, for eight months, which led to the death of Scott Waehner. The only thing Scott was guilty of was having a transgender person for a roommate.

Francis Gene Acosta is the son of Sergeant Detective Edward Acosta. Francis Gene Acosta perjured himself in at least 2 different courts. The first was his unsuccessful effort to obtain a restraining order against Barbie. The next was in court to evict Scott and Barbie. He also misled the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office in an unsuccessful attempt to bring misdemeanor battery charges against Barbie.

Detectives Acosta and Lowe are pathological liars. Every case they were involved in prosecuting from 2017 forward needs to be reviewed. Every charge of misconduct they have faced and been dismissed needs to be reviewed. The evidence clearly shows they are dirty cops on the take doing shakedowns and targeting members of the LGBTQ community.
